Play should stay a pleasure.
The gaming room at Valemont is built for the ritual of an evening: a seat, a drink, a few hands. We want every guest to leave with the evening they came for. These are the ways we help.
Age and identification
Guests must be 21 or older to enter the gaming room. Our hosts ask for photo identification from anyone who appears under 30, and entry is refused without it.
Set your limit before you sit
Decide what an evening's play is worth to you and tell the table host. We will remind you when you reach it. Limits can be lowered at any time and raised only after 24 hours.
Time-outs and self-exclusion
Any guest can ask to be excluded from the gaming room for a week, a season or indefinitely. The request takes effect immediately and applies to every future stay. Rooms, the terrace and the long table remain open to you.
Signs to watch for
Playing longer than planned, chasing losses, borrowing to play or feeling uneasy about the evening are all reasons to stop. Our hosts are trained to notice and to offer a quiet word, never a lecture.
