House terms.
These terms cover your use of this website and the general conditions of staying, dining and playing at Valemont. Booking a room or entering the gaming room means you accept them.
Reservations
A request made through this site is not a confirmed booking. Every stay is confirmed by our host in writing, and a room is held only once that confirmation has been sent. Rates shown are starting rates per night for two guests, include breakfast and exclude local taxes.
Cancellations
Rooms may be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged one night. Suites booked over public holidays follow the terms sent with their confirmation.
The gaming room
Guests must be 21 or older to enter the gaming room and must show photo identification on request. The house may refuse entry or play at its discretion. Table limits, opening hours and the dress code are posted at the door and may change without notice. See our responsible gaming page for limits and support.
The long table
Lunch and dinner are open to guests and visitors. Tables for six or more are held with a card and released fifteen minutes after the booked time.
This website
Content on this site describes the house as it is at the time of writing. Photography, room sizes and menus are indicative and may vary by season. Nothing here is an offer to gamble online; Valemont does not operate any online gaming or betting service.
